Are all sessions confidential?

Yes. All information shared within the session is kept private and confidential.

Details of the sessions will not be revealed to others without your consent, except when the law requires it or if you were to pose a danger to yourself or others.

In this case, we are obliged to notify the relevant parties.

What is the session frequency?

We typically start with weekly sessions and then adjust based on your progress and availability. Whether it's every two weeks, monthly, or less frequently, we can discuss a schedule that suits you.

Your comfort and circumstances are important, so please feel free to discuss any concerns, including financial or scheduling constraints.

How many sessions do I need?

The number of sessions depends on the individual and the case’s complexity.

Achieving an appreciable benefit would generally take about 8 to 14 weekly sessions, and approximately 16 sessions or more for significant improvements.

However, there is no fixed number of sessions for which you need to see a counselor.

What do I expect for the first session?

The first session is an intake session, and it is for the counselor to know more about you, the issues you are facing, and what your needs are.

You are encouraged to share any problems or concerns in the session, as that would be useful for the counselor to assess your situation. 

How do I book a session?

Please navigate to the contact page to email the counselor, where you can inquire about the availability of sessions with the counselor.

Upon confirmation of your preferred time slot, kindly submit a screenshot of your payment within one hour to secure your booking.

Once payment is received and confirmed, a confirmation email will promptly be sent to you.
